    1. NEWSLETTER

    You can sign up for our newsletter at the bottom left of every page. You will receive periodic updates on new styles, events, and restocks from the Such Roma Team

    2. WARRANTIES

    Every SuchRoma product is covered by a 6 months warranty guaranteeing the major workings and structure of our products.

    What we cover:

    • Broken straps or grab handles
    • Tears to the external leather structure (caused by normal usage)
    • Hardware defects (broken zips, buckles or press studs)

    What we do not cover:

    • General wear and tear or accidental damage
    • Disregard of product care instructions or water damage
    • Alterations made to the product by a third party
    • Natural ageing process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches and burnishing.

    How to make a warranty claim:

    • Send us an email with photos detailing the fault.
    • Please include details of your order, date of purchase.
    • We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

    3. CANCELLATION POLICY

    We understand that mistakes can happen when ordering and so we will do all we can to help you out. If you would like to cancel your purchase, you can do so without a penalty up to two hours after you place your order. If we’ve already begun processing it, we will not be able to cancel the order. Once you have realised you might have made an error whilst ordering, please do get in touch as soon as possible to avoid the wrong item being sent out to you.

    Regrettably, if the order placed is a personalized order then, we are not able to cancel and provide a refund.

    4. RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

    We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what are packing before we send. However, if you have any issues with our products, we are happy to consider the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for a pure change of mind on a product that has been personalised.  Please reach out to our team at customercare@suchroma.com or call us on (+91) 85951 32341 9am – 6pm (Monday to Saturday).
    Please note, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    – Items that have been personalised
    – Free Minis / Free Gifts

    Such Roma acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.

    5. PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

    All personalized items are hand-stamped using brass-cut die and hot stamping foil. No two stamped items will look the same due to natural variations in this process.

    Please note all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes made and remind people to double check this at the checkout.

    Since our products are completely personalized & bespoke, therefore return or exchange of product is strictly forbidden unless the following situations arise:

    1. Item is defective
    2. Item was damaged during the Shipping
    3. Product(s) was / were missing
    4. Product(s) / personalization was not as per order.

    6. AVAILABILITY

    Each of our products are handcrafted with expertise to ensure exceptional quality. In order to maintain such level of craftsmanship, the availability of products may be limited. Such Roma products are available exclusively through our online site, and several other authorized retailers.

    7. DISCOUNT CODES:

    Our system honours one discount code at a time. If you already have a discount code in your cart, you won’t have the option of adding an additional one.

    8. FREE GIFTS:

    For orders that qualify for a free gift as part of our promo, please note that we will do our best to accommodate your colour requests but in the event that we cannot match it, we will send you another colour so as to get your orders to you as soon as we can. Please note that the free gift is not eligible for a refund/exchange.

    9. SHIPPING POLICY:

    Any products purchase made through the website will be dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping normally takes 12-14 business days depending on your delivery address.

    Shipping within India normally takes between 5-7 days.

    For all orders shipping is calculated at checkout.
